Home Selling Fact: A buyers decision to purchase or reject a property can be made within the first 7-10 seconds of seeing it.

Street or curb appeal describes how your home looks from the street, it’s the most critical first contact with your home. For most pundits it usually refers to the front garden or how the house looks at first glance.

Our experience over the years has taught us that potential buyers evaluate the whole street scape driving in, including neighbours properties, the general presentation of nature strips, foot paths and fences.

Soft Washing

Our process begins by soft washing the physical home, we use of softening agent almost like a shampoo to help remove all the dirt and mould on the whole house, usually from the gutters, under eves, walls and base. This process often transforms the look of the home and can leave a clean base if the house requires repairs and painting.

Pressure Washing

Footpaths, pool decks, driveways, fences, gutters and retaining walls all become stained and dirty over time, we recommend not only cleaning your whole property, we include the external footpaths, crossovers and the gutters in the street, using a 5000psi industrial power washer.
